Everyone in our arrangement is fully vaccinated and boosted. Husband has COVID, do we have nanny mask up and work or do we pay for the week off. Would love to know what others have done.

How is this a question? SHe doesn't come until you all test negative with full pay. Or, you have her come, make her sick, pay her for sick time and a bonus for making her sick.

We would pay her for the week off. This is why I don’t want to get Covid right now, it would just be so disruptive to our lives.
