Vacation/Paid time off for part time nanny RSS feed

We have typically offered 10 days of paid vacation and paid sick time to our former nannies who worked for us full-time (40 hours a week over 5 days). We are now looking to hire one person to work 3 days per week for 15-20 hours per week and another person to work the other two days for 10-12 hours. We plan to offer paid leave but can anyone provide guidance on what is typically offered in this situation? Thanks!

The standard is the same- two weeks vacation and one week sick time.

So for a 20 hour per week nanny it would be 40 hours of vacation and 20 of sick time.

Unless you have two people lined up, why are you splitting the time? Those positions are typically very difficult to fill.
