Hello nannies and parents!
What do you say would be a normal salary increase when you reach a year with your NF? I know that normal increase is 2-3% for nannies, but I am reading a much larger increase due to inflation. Thank you! |
It’s always cost of living increase plus merit. Look up the COL and then add to it based on her merit. |
We are increasing in line with inflation |
Not sure where you heard 2-3% but that's super low for a raise. An annual raise should always include a COL increase which might only be 4-5% but then there is usually a merit based increase as well (often another 4-5%). I've never had an increase of less than 8% but it could be 10%. This year due to inflation being up 9.1%, you could easily get 15% if you haven't had any increase in a year. Many received mid year increases to adjust for inflation already and were getting increases at 8% just for that. |
I wish but my bosses are horrible, mom rather spend money on boots than paying better the nanny to take care of her precious gems. Stupid and arrogant, God sees everything |
