If language is not important to you, curious if host families generally stick with certain regions/countries or are truly location agnostic?

Agnostic although we found that native English speakers or German aupairs with amazing language skills were our best matches.
We also found a few cultures which didn’t match our more reserved family style. I think people have one good aupair from a certain country and continue to host from there hoping for another good aupair.
We didn’t find that method worked. We needed someone who spoke English, didn’t want to immigrate here and wanted the aupair year to be like a year at college with a sorority to hang out with.
