How can I get an au pair with a college degree?

You just apply - there's plenty in the system that have college degrees. Italian might be a bit challenging to find but lots of Spanish-speakers are in the ap pool.

I'd consider why this is important to you. in my experience as a 5 time host of au pairs from Europe, it really hasn't mattered whether they were 22 or 18 - their maturity and capabilities did not correlate to their age or education level.

We have had 5 Au pairs and each of them had a college degree. I’ve found that most Au pies from Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico have at minimum a college degree.

People with college degree qualify for the H1B visa program and are unlikely to opt for the au pair for visa, unless they are very stupid
