Those who have a 30 minute + commute, are you going in tomorrow?
Anonymous
My commute is 30 min and no, my boss doesn’t think it will be safe to drive.

I wouldn't go out in this weather nor would I expect my nanny to risk her safety.

My nanny is here. The roads are plowed and clear.

Our nanny came late (after 10) and may leave early if she chooses to.

We left it up to her to decide whether to come in or not. (Told her she could stay home if she chose to.)

That’s great, it was a mess on both ends. Hopefully tomorrow is better although it’s still snowing :/

This is just one of the many reasons why I live in...

Haha. I’m too old and a mother but in my younger days, I might’ve been more open to a live in position.

Bumping this. What about today? Are your nannies coming in?
Anonymous
Had no problems yesterday, getting ready to leave in a bit. It's supposed to stop snowing around 11 so getting home shouldn't be a problem.

PP #1 here and was told not to come today either, although the original plan was for me to come in late morning.

I didn’t commute yesterday but did today. The roads were good (a little messy once I got in their neighborhood tho) and I live about 40 minutes away (MD to DC).
