Our nanny takes the kids to a playground or park each day, or for a hike, to their outdoor art and dance classes. Once a week they go to the farmer's market when it first opens.

We paid for a private nurse to come to the house and give us all flu shots in the driveway. We have groceries delivered and so does the nanny.
