What are you doing if you or your nanny has a runny nose?
Anonymous
Hasn’t happened yet but we all stay home. Nanny won’t come in.

We only see our nanny and our nanny lives alone and only sees us. Chances are if we have a cold she’ll get a cold but it hasn’t happened. If it does, it’s nanny’s call.

I haven't heard that many nanny covid stories. The minute the news hit in early March reports were that children weren't affected the same as adults. However as more news poured in and the schools closed in March every nanny I know was on high alert, equally worried that that they might get sick and the children they care for might get sick. We have been washing our hands umpteenth times a day before this ever happened. Professional nannies take safety very seriously during normal times. Especially the ones that continued working through the early months.
