Repatriation flight to Colombia RSS feed

Hopeful someone has already started down this path and can offer some suggestions.

Has anyone looked into sending their Colombian au pair home on a repatriation flight to Colombia. Our au pair has finished her year and desperately wants to go home. And of course all flights are cancelled until at least the end of August. We are with APC. I understand it is very expensive but the agency will reimburse for the cost eventually.

Have the AP contact the embassy as well.

Our good friends are american and Colombian citizens and are currently stuck in Bogota. They told us this week they will be able to get on a repat flight via Spirit Air in July. The US embassy in BOG provided some guidance. I'd recommend reaching out to the US embassy.

Thanks, but it is actually the other way, I need to get her to Colombia. I have tried the consulate but no answers yet. It is definitely possible and I've just heard of an au pair who was able to head home last week.
