Any APC family in Massachusetts?

How did APC handled the new law? did you get a refund? I can find ton of info about how CC did it but nothing about how APC did it, my LCC says she doesn't know and headquarter has not gotten back to me. Before I commit for another 12 months I want to make sure they will refund my money in case the new law is passed in VA.

I think there is another post on here somewhere with all the info. CC made a lot of concessions for the Mass families (they made it very clear that it was a one time thing, so not sure what they would do in VA). I believe they did allow a refund option, I think there was also some sort of a credit offered to people who didn’t choose to leave the program.

I believe APC basically did nothing and allowed families to rematch their AP. Not sure if they got extra refund or anything.
Both APIA and CCAP incentivized families to continue until the end of their contract with a refund at the end as well as allowing rematches. APC did not. |
