Hi Everyone,

We have finally decided to get a Nanny. How do you all do pay-roll? Is there a site we can use, that can cut the taxes and do all that stuff?

There are several companies out there. I used Sure payroll. There is also Homepay and GTM. They charge a monthly fee and all is done for you. You set it up and go in weekly to record hours and they do the taxes and direct deposit. They also generate all the year-end forms.

You will also need to check with your state or DC to see what type of insurance you need. BiBerk is a good company for buying a worker’s compensation policy.
