How much to pay nanny to cover taxes

| About $2-3 per hour extra. It all depends on her allowance number. A single person will pay more in taxes than a family of 4 |

The answer to that lies in her personal financial info and shouldn't be something you're trying to account for.
Gross up her hourly and let her handle her own tax/financial situation. If you take her to $18/hr that would probably result in her netting somewhere in the neighborhood of $15/hr. |
