I have asked and I cannot get a straight answer. However, everyone I know in the program has rematched, and DCUM makes it sound like everyone rematches.

I think every agency understates the true rematch rate. From personal experience (with own APs and their friends) the rate is high.

Statistician here. We will never be able to get the true rate of rematch. Any infomration from personal experiences is skewed.

True, but the agencies know the rates of rematch - why can't we get a straight answer?

Agencies are required to file annual reports with the State department. They know the rematch rates. You could FOIA it. I don’t know why these reports are not made public.
