Auto renew membership at Care.com and Sittercity.com

I find the auto-renew membership at the above two sites very deceiving. I've only signed up for one month, but I was charged multiple months because of the auto renew feature of the membership. There is no email alert to allow me to authorize my payments. This is really borderline fraud!!

Yeah, you have to manually cancel it; either under membership or if you have an iPhone you can cancel it from your phone if you used Apple Pay. I was just like you and got charged for another month. Most subscriptions will automatically cancel if you select a 30 day subscription but I feel like care.com knows people forget and that’s how they get you.
