I find the auto-renew membership at the above two sites very deceiving. I've only signed up for one month, but I was charged multiple months because of the auto renew feature of the membership. There is no email alert to allow me to authorize my payments. This is really borderline fraud!! |

Yeah, you have to manually cancel it; either under membership or if you have an iPhone you can cancel it from your phone if you used Apple Pay. I was just like you and got charged for another month. Most subscriptions will automatically cancel if you select a 30 day subscription but I feel like care.com knows people forget and that’s how they get you.
