I sit in actual chairs (as opposed to the floor).
I refrain from pulling the back of anyone’s pants looking for poo-poos. Please, let’s try to keep this light-hearted! |
![]() I pee alone. |
I speak only in my own voice. |
I wear a skirt. |
I get to eat my entire lunch. |
I take off my bra and lay in bed all day watching Hulu |
I let my beard grow. |
I don’t sing. Or read anything that rhymes. |
I get to sleep in!
(And nap whenever my heart desires!!) I also get to watch entire movies on Netflix. Or binge watch as they say. I get to eat junk food w/out having to share. I get to take relaxing showers, out on clean clothes & not have to worry about sweating all over them + feeling sticky. |

This!!! |
So true! I don’t sit in an actual chair for eight hours/five days a week! |
I get to sleep in.
I get to do absolutely nothing. I don’t have to go outside when it’s hot. I can eat (and drink a glass of wine) in piece without hearing “what’s that?” Or “can I try?” Did I mention I get to sleep in?! |
I stay inside all day with a/c and lay in bed I wish I had gone to college so I didn’t have to sit on the hard floor all day in a sweltering house because my employers only turn on the a/c when they’re home. |
Prior to having my own children, I exercised, spent time cooking lots of vegetables, spent time with a wide social circle, rested, cleaned my condo or worked on improvements (painting, etc.).
Now that I have my own kids, I have very little free time, so out of the aforementioned activities: -exercise -- I kept this up after my first, but haven't done much of it after my second, who is a toddler --cooking vegetables or anything else-- time is greatly reduced, but I try to cook 2-3 meals per week, and supplement with leftovers, chicken nuggets, salads social circle-- I go out once a week max, sometimes I do this every week, sometimes i don't go out at all for 6 weeks --cleaning/home improvement-- thankfully we have bi-weekly cleaners, DH takes on some home improvement, and we outsource the rest |
