nanny rate wth taxes

A nanny I am looking to hire is requesting $700/week in DC (she lives in MD).
What would the weekly rate we need to pay her? We've looked at lots of different nanny calculators online but all are giving us different results. Anyone pay lose to this and can share?? |

| I would say, somewhere close to $900 gross. |

| You should never agree to a net rate- it should always be gross. You don’t know her individual tax situation. This is not your responsibility to figure out for her. |
