hiring a nanny and want to do everything on the books- what documents do I need from her?

| All you need is her to fill out a w-4 and obtain her ss number to run a background check. If you plan to use a payroll system, then she should be able to log on (once you set up everything) to fill out her bank info to receive direct deposit. |
