Nanny Share Partner Family- Things to consider when vetting family and nanny

As we begin to look for a partner share family, does anyone recommended questions to discuss or make sure you are on the same page as? FTM here and feeling overwhelmed.
I'm also wondering if we join a share that is established with a nanny already- can I ask for references and do a background check as well? |
