Can APs change agencies after their year is up? RSS feed

I know APs can't change mid year, but can they change agencies after their 1 year is completed or are they stuck with the same agency the second year too?

They cannot change agencies. The agency is the sponsor of their VISA. Their Visa is invalidated if they leave the agency.
