Remtach discount / switch agency for a new full year OOC

We are leaving Au Pair Care and switching agencies. Just trying to get an idea of what discount should we be expecting to be offered? We are returning to Interexchange. We were with them for 4 years, Au Pair Care for 9 months (2 rematches - really bad luck this year). Our new au pair is coming OOC in August. He offered $650 off.

Random question - why haven't you had good luck with Au Pair Care? After one amazing placement, we too have had two rematches in the past year, and I'm wondering if it would be the same at another agency.

Our first APC au pair wasn't honest and she and didn't tell us she had a boyfriend that she met on the Internet while she was still in Brazil. She went into rematch the end of March to be closer to him in Hyattsville. She wasn't a great driver but she was okay for the most part. Neither she nor my husband or I wanted her to drive on highways so she spent a lot in Ubers. ]]O

Our second au pair was a fast rematch in March. Also from Brazil. We could not be without an au pair and had no backup then. She was available in Alexandria and we hoped for the best. She turned out to just want to stay out until 5 am every weekend and couldn't remember her responsibilities and they were not that challenging (couldn't remember to pack school bags right, couldn't remember a change of clothes, couldn't understand English (she was on rematch and had been in US since beg. of January). My daughters told me that they didn't feel safe with her which was the last straw (they haven't had that complaint about anyone else) . So we ended the third week of May and I am so happy that I found someone again who seems good! I quickly figured out babysitting as a stop gap measure before firing rematch au pair.
