Care.com nannies age

We could see mostly nannies ages on their profile on care.com.
There is few nannies ( we can’t see their ages on their profiles)
How you could hide your age in your profile?

Do you want to be able to hide your age? If so, I find that a bit deceptive.

How so? If a nanny gets hired obviously the NF will most likely have copies of their DL/ID.

I wouldn’t hide my age in a Nanny profile.

Mostly because I believe age is one of the factors that prospective families like to know before reading further into your profile.

Hiding your age and not featuring your age are two very different things. Chronological age means very little - there are tired twenty year olds and energetic fifty year olds. Besides, upon meaning the candidate after seeing her photo, you will know.

I wholeheartedly agree w/you, but the majority of people on a Nanny search usually have an age range in mind.
And most tend to think of fifty as an “old” Nanny.
