OP- just look at the arguments from this week alone on pricing. You can get an illegal, non-English speaking nanny for minimum wage and you can get a highly qualified, former preschool teacher for $30/hr. If you want a professional, qualified, experienced nanny, the bare minimum is $20/hr plus benefits. Do you honestly think the little bit of information you have will help us determine a fair wage for your nanny? Talk to an agency, not a group of nannies and mothers that are always arguing in what is earned and that is fair.
