Length of employment: 5 years Weekly pay (average): $920 ($23/hr, guaranteed pay for 40 hours a week) Perks/Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, all federal holidays paid off, 5 sick days Bonus: $4,600 (they’ve been giving me a weeks pay per year I’ve been with them. I really lucked out with this family.) Gift(s): Bluetooth wireless earbuds, Michael Kors gloves and a $100’ restaurant gift card for me and my husband Comments: so blessed to work for this family. Was placed with them 5 years ago through an agency and really got the dream family. Both kids are in full time school this year and they still kept me on full time as they want me to stay with them for at least another 3-5 years. |

Comments: It would mean the world to me if my charge made me a little card or video wishing me a Happy Christmas. But she and her family won’t. But that’s okay.
