No bonus this year, so I’m ‘busy’ New Year’s Eve. Sorry, MB! Enjoy paying the holiday rates.

Location: Houston suburbs

Length of employment: 3.5 years

Weekly pay (average): $200, 10 hours a week

Perks/Benefits:

Bonus: $80 added to end of the week pay and off paid from 12/21-1/2

Gift(s): None

Comments: My employers aren't the kind to give out gifts or generous bonuses, but whenever I need to take off days or such, they're flexible and I get quite some time off paid during the year, usually 4-6 weeks, plus holidays, so for a very part-time job, I'm happy.

15 days of leave - to use as I wish

I don't get tons of cash but I get small bonuses through the year and several hundred at xmas. Family is flexible w/ me, helps me in emergencies, and kind/nice. Kids are in school FT. I'm generally really happy with this job.
