Picking up on the thread on a dedicated car, what is an AP suite?
We have a furnished basement. Befroom for AP and private bath down there. Refrigerator in basement, microwave , coffee makerr , hot plate. But these we are in common basement area. We don’t use during week and after 9’or so on weekends. |
An AP suite is a bedroom (separate from others) and bathroom nobody else uses, ever, usually connected. It may include a kitchenette, which may or may not be shared. The big thing is the unshared bathroom, and the room away from everyone else. |
I would probably expand on PP that a true AP suite is basically its own little apartment like set up, everything PP said but also with own entrance/exit to home from their suite.
Our AP has their own bedroom/bath/exit - but once or twice a year we ask them to open the door of the bath (connects to their room and our main room in basement) so it is not an AP suite by definition. |
We have an AP suite. 1,000 sq ft. 1 bedroom, bathroom, living area, and a small kitchenette. It also has a separate entrance. It is basically an apartment. |
