Hi there - I'm sure this has been asked millions of times, but I can't find recent postings. What is the best DC/Bethesda nanny agency? I know that word of mouth is the best way to find an awesome nanny, but would also like to have an agency back-up plan. Thank you!

How does one get to work directly with Susan? I was assigned another rep, who lives out of state, and who kind of sucks. I am pretty sure she is home with her kids, with no childcare, while trying to work, and thus is not easily reachable.
