Sittercity list the lowest paying jobs around! Sign with a top Agency, OP. Also write a great profile with a good picture for care.com. I am with an agency in LA but posted my profile on care.com and my current employer found me.

Care.com is terrible and sittercity is even worse. Honestly, the best way is to have your current family post on a Facebook group or their neighborhood listserve.

Yes...if your current employer is part of a moms group on Facebook she should post that her current nanny is looking for a position. That way she can give you a recommendation too.
