New contract?

Current family is expecting and I need to change my contract but I don't like the one they are using, it's a generic one from care.com, how can I go about getting a new one? Template somewhere? Good website?

Google nanny contracts and look at the images. Take ideas from that. What did they use for your current contract?

It was another care.com one

It doesn't matter where it comes from; just be sure to get the items added that you think are lacking. That's easy enough to do, and it sounds like you know now what needs to be covered based on your work history. Obviously, they will have learned a few thing to add as well!
