One sweet toddler, really nice parents, comfortable home: $25 an hour with a four hour minimum and guaranteed at booking! When I babysit on weekday evenings, the nanny will stay until the toddler is in bed and asleep - I can sit and study for the rest of the night in a quiet house!

I was making $15 an hour with other families, no guarantee and no minimum.

I feel so lucky! I am working my way through college and this is just the perfect job (except for the commute but it is still more than worth it to me)!
