Helping Nanny find New Position

I recently started working from home, and my children are getting old for a nanny. I have an absolutely fabulous part time nanny (20 hours a week) that I intend to keep on salary until she finds a new position. In the future, I will need her at most two afternoons a week, I am fine with her leaving for a full-time position (which is what she now wants). I've reached out to a friend or two with younger children to put the word out that she is looking, and also wrote her a glowing recommendation. What else can I do to help?

Post in the "nanny searching for position" forum here for your geographic area and on any neighborhood listserves. A recommendation from a previous employer is HUGE for a nanny looking for a job!
