Instead remember and recall

The times when you were more than 10 minutes late and yes you called but eventually I had to let my part time gig go because I couldn’t count on you

The times you blatantly undermined me in front of your kids

The times I had the day off and yet you still texted me 5 times asking me idiotic questions, things I can figure out in YOUR home when I don’t even live there

The times I had to remind you to pay me on Friday and it made me behind waiting when it should be ready

The times I would get the kids ready for school and be ready to head out of the door yet you allow one the remove their coat and shoes and give them more food and suggest I let them eat it in my car

The times the weather was so bad that you both stayed home yet didn’t offer me the same class courtesy

No I’m not giving you a months notice. I am giving you 2 weeks and bucking the contracted agreement like you have been bucking it since I started.

Good luck!
End of vent. Nannies if you relate, don’t suck it up. Quit! God bless

-the time you invited me to an event with your kids but took the cost of my ticket out of my measly paycheck

-the 100s of time your SO was late without extra pay until I finally spoke up

-when you told me about all of your personal/relationship issues and treated me like a therapist

-the times someone forgot it was payday and I had to wait around

Also remember that I was good to your children and your family. How I loved your children through their milestones, ups and downs, and heartbreaks. When I went above and beyond again and again for your family.

- The time you forgot to give me a birthday present when I turned 40 ... (I've never forgotten a single of your kids birthdays or xmas ...)
Anonymous
- the time you told me to stay away from your son at his birthday party (when it was your son who came to me) because you wanted him to socialize with his guests.

- the times you outright lied to me.

You haven't a clue, PP. You are either a bad employer or a bad parent.

- all the times you never even bothered to acknowledge my presence in your kitchen in the morning.

- the two years in your home where you never once offered me so much as a glass of water.

Op here. You’re a horribly irresponsible adult if you allow 2 year olds to eat while you drive. Especially something like a cereal or granola bar. Not to mention the disgusting mess and tardiness
