Nanny moving from full time to part time. Suggestions for new benefits deal.

We are in a Nanny share with a beloved Nanny. Due to familial circumstances, the Nanny is switching from 4 days/week (38 hours) to 2 days/ week (18 hours). We love her so much that we are seeking a second nanny for the other days.

As a full time employee, our contract with the Nanny included 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 sick days and all federal holidays. What do you think is fair for a 2 day/week Nanny?

1 week vacation and I would keep the 3 sick days.
Holidays only if they fall on her scheduled work day

How did you sort the two weeks vacation? Was it given as 10 days or 8 days? I'd probably cut the number in half.
Do you know which days she will be working, or is that dependent on the other nanny you find?

If you have a federal holiday off, you should give her the day off as well...assuming it falls on one of her work days.
