Dont you hate it when your employers argue with each other in front of you the nanny and thier baby. It's so disgusting and unprofessional. I'm gonna quit. |

I would quit if it happened all the times.
If it's once in a while, well we're all human and this kind of thing happens

Arguing in front of your child is so bad for the child. I am married and understand the pressure and urge but have NEVER argued in front of my now-grown children. The stress of seeing your parents argue is so stressful for children.
As a nanny, I have seen two sets of parents who argued occasionally in front of their children - and I always told them how bad it was for their kids. My current employers have never once argued in front of my charge. Not in two years. |
| Current employers tell and scream at each other in front of kids who are old enough to understand what is said, cursing as well. I don’t swear, but kids are starting as young as 4. It does me no good to say “we don’t yell, we use inside voices” and “we don’t swear, we use better words to explain how we feel” when the kids continue to have such bad examples. And I hate it when a child cringes behind me because the yelling is scary. |

Op here, Parents shouldn't fight, argue in front of children. Not even babies. Children, even though they can't speak they can sense and feel anxious. It happened before when they act aggressive is because they're copying thier parents reactions and examples. Please don't give your kids anxiety. Kids wants a happy family. I grew up in a poor bad environment, fights, cussing, it was bad but now I'm married and happy with the happy moments of my life.
