| Taking a break, but I'm certainly not off! I worked last night, I'm working tonight and tomorrow, just not my normal hours. But, I also wouldn't change it! I don't have kids of my own, and my family isn't around here. |

I have been sick this entire Christmas break. I was feeling really sorry for myself until I got two Facetime calls from my charges telling me they loved me and wishing me a merry Christmas.
Being a nanny, I have so much love in my life - it astounds me sometimes! Now, through my snot and raspy voice, I do feel merry! Merry Christmas, Nannies! When you work with children, you are always working on the side of the angels! |

Christmas was fantastic with my charges and their parents today. I wouldn't trade my relationship with this family for another position in which I would have had the last three days off. |

I am enjoying a 2 weeks break for my lovely charges. I am happy to have time to myself but will be happy to see them again and see if they've changed or learned any new words
