Red flags

Mb has been 30 minutes late everyday for the last week and I haven't been compensated extra. She has apologized.

3 year old isn't potty trained and mb doesn't care. She says she's fine with changing diapers or if I want to try potty training her during the day.

She keeps the ac off and tells me to close the balcony door and windows. It's super hot and humid where we live. I obviously do keep the balcony doors open and keep a close eye on the 3 year old.

Most days she has the 3 year running around in her diaper because it's so hot!

It's only week 3. I'm trying to figure out if I should stay or find another job.

Where are you even located in the world where it is so hot + humid this time of year....??!

Anyways she owes you more than an apology for being a 1/2 Hr. late.
She owes you money too.

Also, you need to be comfortable at work.
If she won’t let you turn on the A/C, then she certainly cannot fault you for opening up the balcony doors (though make sure to ALWAYS watch your charge when they are open!)
