| Nanny was sick for about 3 weeks and doesn't seem better in herself or physically. She is still doing an amazing job but everytime I see her, I see the weight loss continuing and how pale she looks and I still know she isn't 100%. Can't help but worry she has something terminal. I am worried for her and don't know what to do. Am I just jumping the gun? Would you be worried? |

| Sorry to hear about your nanny. I would talk to her and ask if everything’s okay and let her know that if she needs anything (if it’s genuine) to let you guys know. You definitely want to know if it’s something serious because in the end, she’s alone with your child(ren). But hopefully everything is okay with her. |

| I think it's OK to ask her if she's feeling well and if there's anything you can do for her. If she says no, I think you need to leave it alone unless/until it affects her job performance. It's nice of you to notice and care that she seems unwell. |
