Hello everyone!

What’s the going rate for a 2.5 y/o toddler and his sibling who is 2 months?
The nanny has experience with multiples, is educated and bilingual. She will be full-time and won’t have any housekeeping included.
We live in Woodley Park.

You aren't going to get an educated nanny for one child at $20 an hour.

Maybe shes not looking for educated, maybe shes looking for someone who likes being around babies and kids and is nurturing and warm. You don't need a degree to love children and want the best for them, or take them to the park and the library, and on playdates with other kids.

The post says "The nanny has experience with multiples, is educated and bilingual." OP definitely wants an educated and experienced nanny.

Anywhere from $18-30/hr.

Ask her what her rates are and go from there. (And know your budget limitations in advance.)
