Parting gift for a beloved nanny RSS feed

Any thoughts (other than cash, which I know is always appreciated) on a sentimental gift to give a nanny who we are parting ways with after a few years together? We adore her, but scheduling needs have changed. We know we'll still see her for babysitting, but curious if anyone has a nice gift idea to give, especially something that the children (4-5 year olds) can help make?

I would think that a picture of her and the children, in a frame, would probably be appreciated. Maybe have them make cards to go with it?

Homemade "Good-bye" cards w/drawings + coloring from the kiddos.

A special gift that they ended up selecting at the store just for their Nanny.

And of course, ca$h is always king!
