I am interested to know do I have to ask for overtime if a family hire me for 50 hours per week?
Do all full time position offer benefits?
Thanks

You can tell them OT is legally due after 40 hours. If they pretend to be unaware of that, I would NOT trust these people at all.

If you are hired legally and being paid on the books (with taxes deducted) you are entitled to overtime. And yes, you should make your employers aware that this is the case. However, it could cost you your job.

Anything over 40 hours is time and a half. 1.5 * your hourly rate. By law, you need to be paid OT.
