Convertible car seat

Our child will be transitioning out of the infant car seat soon.

Do you typically buy a convertible car seat for your nanny to use? Any recommendations on car seats easy to put in/take out? Our nanny has a family of her own (youngest uses a booster seat), and I wouldn't want to inconvenience her with a cumbersome seat.

I would get her a separate seat. I hate Britax but I'd get her one with the click tight as its the easiest to install.

I think it is easier for her to have her own seat.

I've been given seats by my employers when needed. For years, I had car seats from my own child.

As far as ease of use and weight, I prefer the Maxi Cosi seats. Britax seats are humongous. Ease of installation is important if she will be taking it out and putting it back on a regular basis.
