Would you be annoyed if your DD who is 7 had two slight red marks on her face caused by sunburn? Nanny said they did apply a lot of suncream.

I'd take my kid to the dermatologist tomorrow and get it assessed. Then show the report to your nanny. Then fire her immediately.

Don't forget suing her in small claims court for the cost of the doctor's visit and however much your time is worth.

Depends on the kid. I had one charge that no matter how much, what kind and how often you applied sunscreen, she still always got a little red on her cheeks if we spent any significant time outside on a sunny day. By the next day the redness was gone. She still has this issue and is almost 20 years old now.
