Sticky posts about costs of nanny care?

I wonder if we should ask Jeff to make a sticky post for the newbie nanny employer. While we can't say for sure what a nanny will cost since it depends on the area and market, we could list the usual associated costs and the major legalities. It seems like we have anew thread asking about this at least once a week.
