Can any nannies out there on care.com answer a question for me?

Someone once told me that from their end, nannies can see every job that employers have ever posted on care.com. Is this right? I suppose I have nothing to hide, but I feel weird about it for some reason. I have posted a decent # of times over the past ten years looking for new babysitters, mainly, because of moves, vacations, etc. I'd love to know if this is true or not.

Yes, you can. But once th job ends you can't see it. But it does show how many times you posted

Yep. I haven't replied to families because of it. One family contacted me wanting to set up an interview and they had a new job posting every three months for the past year. Huge red flag.
