I always notice mom making little slick faces towards me. I also hear her asking children questions about me regarding my care for them. Ex: "did ___ wipe of or did nobody wipe you"? I also noticed that when her mom came in town she was acting funny towards me as well. Like not speaking when she saw me. Out of respect I just don't say anything because she's elderly. Also. Noticed when the dad's parents came in town his mom was cool as usual until she thought we were late not knowing that was our regular time, and that on the other days that we were genuinely early. It's like the parents have an issue that they've discussed amongst everyone except for me. The shade is seriously real at this point. Now I do have my lazy days but I must say I do my job to the best of my ability but I feel like something is going to have to give. I feel like the mom is seriously jealous and it's extremely annoying. If the youngest baby is playing and having a good time with me she tries to find a "better" alternative and never wants to hear any good news from the baby's school unless she's there to receive it.

I would quietly look for a job and quit. That's a toxic environment. No reason for her to ignore you the person providing care for her kids when she has guests except if she is Seriously messed up. You don't deserve such treatments please quit.

thank you I thought hard on it and think that'll be my final decision, just so hard when you've built a relationship with the babies

It will be hard as you have formed an attachment but yes, you need to quit as I can only see this getting worse.

I'm confused. How is a baby (under 1 year) in school? And youngest baby? Are there two infants?

thanks it's going to be super hard on me because those babies are innocent but I can't deal with the parents.
