You're talking about an hourly rate of $25-33 dollars.

That is certainly a good hourly rate, perhaps a fantastic rate depending on the age of the kids, overall needs, etc...

Is it the same schedule every week, or do the days/hours switch? If it's consistently M-5 3-6 or 7, it's great. BUT! If it's M-W 9-2 one week, then Th and Fr 8-2 the next week, no, it's not enough, because the nanny has to reserve all 5 days.
