Definitely check out GTM Payroll Services. They do workers' comp too.

Homework Solutions, Breedlove and GTM are the big three specializing in nanny payrolls. My NFs have used Homework and Breedlove, like them both. No experience with GTM.

PP here again - in my last 2 jobs I have used the nanny contract that Homework offers and it is very helpful. I have learned that getting a contract in writing really helps everyone be on the same page, like how to handle a snow day like today.
