We have a wonderful nanny working for us 28 hours a week. She just started for us in early September and has only committed to staying with us until May or June (she's trying to get into grad school and hopes to begin during the summer session). Should that fall through we hope to keep her!
Generally we don't pay her for time that she takes off (she's taking two weeks over the holidays). I was thinking of giving her a $300 bonus plus a gift. Is that fair? |
