Holiday bonus for wonderful nanny

| First timer here. We love our nanny who has been with us since my daughter's birth one year ago. What is the appropriate bonus - one week's salary or two weeks salary? Thanks |

| Either. One week is fine but if you're that crazy about her give two weeks. |

| Nanny here. One weeks' salary. Anyone who would be disappointed at that is not a wonderful nanny, and it gives you wiggle room to give more little stuff throughout the year, which will do more to build the relationship than one big gift at the holiday. |
