Feeling so great about our nanny

MB here. Met a woman at the library this week who said she had seen my kids with our nanny at the library and told me, unprompted, how amazing our nanny is and how good she is with my kids. I think she specifically wanted to talk to me to tell me that.

I've always thought our nanny was great, but it's so nice to hear it from someone who sees her when I am not around and has their own independent opinions.

Just wanted to share as this board can get grumpy and because I'm feeling so good about it! I will of course also share the complement with my nanny in person too. It's always great (at least for me) to hear that people think you are doing a good job.

Sounds to me like your Nanny is worth her weight in pure gold!!

Same thing happened to me at the same place! Another mother at storytime told me how fantastic my son's nanny is!

Yep. Neighbors and shopkeepers will stop me when they see me with my daughters to tell me about seeing the nanny around town with them.
