Employer Taxes - DC or MD

Hi. If our nanny lives in MD but works for us in DC, do our state employer taxes (unemployment) go to MD or DC? Thanks.

I seem to remember that there's a reciprocal agreement in the DMV, but generally, you pay state taxes where the employee lives, and unemployment insurance where the employee works.
